About Banzai Water Slides

Banzai is a well known manufacturer of home inflatable water slides. Their slides include a wide range of features, such as:

  • Splash pools
  • Waterfalls and sprays
  • Hand grips for easy climbing
  • Blower motors for fast inflation
  • Storage bags
  • Anchor ballast bags and stakes for stability
  • Inflatable side safety rails

Not every model includes the same fun features, however, and there are a number of Banzai water slides to choose from. Popular models include:

  • Banzai Falls Mega Racer: This slide is 10 feet tall and features a 22 foot sliding surface with dual lanes for riders to race each other. A small splash pool at the bottom offers another way to keep cool, and the slide can be enclosed with a water spray tunnel that hooks to any standard hose.
  • Banzai Falls Water Slide: This classic Six Flags Banzai Falls water slide model is similar to the Mega Racer but only features one lane for a single rider at a time. The sliding surface is 19 feet long and tops out at 6 feet tall.
  • Double Drop Raceway: This slide has two steep drops enclosed by waterfalls for added splashes, and the dual lanes add racing excitement to the fun. The sliding surface is 21 feet long.
  • Mega Criss-Cross: This is both a water slide and a tunnel slide, with a slip-and-slide pathway beneath the taller slide. Inflatable body boards make the slips and slides even faster on both surfaces.
  • Splash Blast Lagoon: This is a smaller scale slide suitable for the youngest members of the family and includes a larger pool area for aquatic fun.
  • Sidewinder Falls: This Banzai slide features a banked slide curving into the splash pool as well as a tunnel with a banked diving ramp into the same pool.
  • The Plunge: This slide drops into a larger, deeper pool best suited to the hottest of summer days.
  • Kamikaze Falls: Two sharp drops and two arches are the main features of this slide with its 19 foot sliding surface.
  • Slingshot: Daredevil sliders can get a running start at this diving ramp that leads to a 35 foot long slide with water jets and sprays sprinkling its length.

With so many different options for fun backyard slides, it is easy to create an at-home water park for summer fun.

Purchase Details

All Banzai slides come with blower motors for quick inflation, and current models can be purchased seasonally at large retailers such as Wal-Mart, Target, and Toys ‘R Us. Costs range from $200 to $650 depending on the model. Online shipping may be available but can be expensive because the slides may weigh up to 75 pounds or more. Corporate Partnerships: The Six Flags Banzai Falls Water Slide

Because of Six Flags’ popularity and familiarity as a great family getaway, it is no surprise that Banzai has partnered with the theme park chain for corporate name recognition. These types of deals are not uncommon: Six Flags, Hersheypark, and Sea World have all been promoted through computer games and other toys. Parents and children who are fans of the theme parks are more inclined to try a product associated with a familiar name, and it also spreads publicity for the park.

Thanks Jay for your comment about repairing the Banzai slide. That's very disappointing to hear that the product does not live up to its high price. I'd contact the company for assistance and hope they have an acceptable solution.

A couple of the kids in my neighborhood were hanging from the handles and dropping themselves down the slide. This caused a 3 foot split on the seam. I called the company and the woman who answered suggestion sewing the split with fishing line. I tried it and it worked. I was able to sew the seam back up and the slide now works again. I hope this helps.

I purchased your Banzai double water slide last year from walmart. It was only used maybe 5 or 6 times last year with only 1 child using it. I opened it to use it tonight and it had a hole in the bottom seem when we tried to put the patch on the whole side let go. I am very disappointed with this product and so is my child who was waiting to use it. I know that it probably can not be returned but I feel this product was a waste of 400 dollars for the time we got to use it. Please reply and tell me how I can get solve this problem
