BrittanyD - It is sad when a park closes, but many of the rides are being relocated to other Cedar Fair parks so you can still enjoy them.

Everyone Loved Geauga Lake!! It's a tragedy that it's closed down.

Angela - The amusement park section of Geauga Lake is now closed; only the water park is open. You can visit the official website (see link above) for details on the water park rates, but yes, a group of that many people can qualify for group rates (heights do not matter). As for hotels, there are no official resort hotels for Geauga Lake; you'd have to contact local hotels near the park for their rates and policies. Best wishes planning your getaway!

I am trying to plan a trip to Geauga Lake this summer and trying to get the prices for the park and the water kingdom. Could you let me know the prices. I have 21 people over 48" and 4 below 48". This is a family reunion does this qualify for the group rate? Do you involve hotel rates with your group rates.I would need about 6 rooms 2 of them joining.
